The cardboard boxes, in which our
purchases are protected and transported, make a long journey before they arrive
at their destination. By treating the cardboard with a photosensitive
substance, traces remain that record the time and the circumstances of that
journey. What happened in silence and usually remains invisible, becomes
tangible. It is a way to bring out the subtle and fleeting poetry of everyday
useful things. Each print is a result
of the object that has been transported and the conditions it has been exposed
to.
